It appears that it's international. I've tried it when they were offering a free trial, but there was no one in my area. When it started asking for money, I was like, "LOL! No thanks." and quit using it.

Good to know. So it is like "Partnersuche.de".
It is free to join, but after you send 3 "free" notes to possible mates,
you have to pay to send for a few weeks/months more notes to others.
(Okay, somehow they have to earn their money too.)

What I know about FREE sites is: furpile.net
But it is also new for me, so I can't tell much about it.
