Story Time

Once upon a time, there was a little husky and a big kitty. When they met, they knew that they would become great friends, but the husky was hurt from his past experiences. He was not ready to fall in love again, so he made a promise to himself and to the kitty that it would not be more than a friendship. They both agreed to this and enjoyed each other's company as they laughed and played.
It was great fun for a while, but the little husky gradually had a great shift occurring inside of him. The pain from the past was beginning to fade. In its place was developing something different. Something he did not know that he would feel. Something he knew he wasn't supposed to feel.
Overtime, the husky discovered more and more of just how wonderful his kitty friend was. He never knew that someone like this particular kitty could make him feel the way that he did. It was an amazing feeling, but it was dangerous. He knew what was happening, and even though it was by accident, he knew that he was beginning to break his promise.
The little husky was worried. He was afraid of the consequences of falling for his kitty friend. The kitty lived so far away. He was also older than the little husky. These were some factors that made the husky unsure about wanting something more with the kitty, but his heart seemed to not care so much for those details.
The husky was still worried and frustrated. He wished he hadn't broken his promise. He was afraid the kitty would not feel the same way. He was also afraid that the kitty WOULD feel the same way. He could not make up his mind about what to do and became very frustrated with himself. He was a sad little husky all wrapped up in his sea of emotions.
