The New Year is a time for new thoughts and new beginnings, right? I'm about to embark on some "self-work", some exploration of what I believe, why, who am I, etc. It all sounds fairly arrogant when I write it out, but it's work I've been meaning to do for years and am finally setting out a process to get it going. I'm posting about it here because publicly sharing that I'm getting started will help motivate me to follow-through. Also, I feel "safest" and most myself around other furries so...yeah, thanks guys, you brought this on yourselves :3.

I'm using J. & R. Higgenbotham's 'Paganism: An Introduction to Earth-Centered Religions' as a jumping off point. I've created a Tumblr dedicated to sharing my various journal responses and musings as I work through the text. Knowing that I'm an extrovert, I believe I'll be more likely to actually do this journaling if I think someone besides me might actually read it (even if no one does...).
