How does this work?

When you find a position (maybe two, maybe three, but no more than that!) that you like, send me an email to echoenbatbat[at]gmail.com with the job ID, your resume/CV, and a bit about you. We will get to know each other a bit better IRL, and I'll pass your info through the internal network.

This does mean we'll know who each other is IRL, but if you're professional enough to work for Amazon, you're professional enough to talk to me about it.

Why am I doing this? Sure, the referral bonus is nice, but I am also aware of some teams that are looking to hire a lot of people, and I know plenty of people are looking for a good, stable job.
