Being young isn't necessarily being naive, being old isn't necessarily being mature.
I think mature goes hand in hand with the definition of wisdom (not to be mistaken with intelligence).

accepting imperfections

I don´t think there are special attributes for ones mind being called ´´mature´´ I guess it´s all in state of mind and feeling like it.

In my mind maturity is just the allusion of a measure set in the distance between those that look back and those that look ahead. There's no objective value to it to be acheieved really, it's just a tool for tired old assholes (like myself).

i think its a lot of different shows of maturity over a long period of time and also i think that it isnt such a discrete decision that you make of someone; for example, you can get kids who are relatively mature and adults who are relatively not
