:/ I hope your feels get better. All I can say is, I've been there (literally tylenol, psych meds and alcohol), so if you ever wanna talk about anything just send me a message. I can't really say anything like, "everything will be better" but I can say, "everything changes eventually". Ups and downs are temporary. Sometimes it seems like too much, but it passes.
