Commission Updates: (sorry for the delay, been very sick)

Ok, AC 09 has been called off on this end. Hyena and I decided that it's way too big for a starting con and we really cant afford that kind of trip. We're going to downscale it a bit and head to Tennessee for MFM instead. Going from 4000 to a more comfortable 700 or so. Hopefully I'll be able to see some of you there. I've been excited to interact a little more.
On the con note, we'll also be heading to Anime St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri in March. mideonwerewolf has so graciously agreed to let us stay with him during the con and show us the area. He's such a sweetheart <3
If you're dorks like we are and live in the area, we really hope to see you there. It should be a lot of fun. Some of the girls I hang out with even talked me into cosplaying with them as Free from Soul Eater (how that's going to work out is...still questionable ¬.¬) so it promises to, at the very least, be somewhat humiliating.... I'm basically a doormat.
Finally, I know there are a ton of Left 4 Dead fans out there (like myself), and I recently heard that they were selling a 4 pack of the 4 actual movie posters from the game campaigns. Sure enough, I took a gander at Valve's Merch and they there were. You can get them individually for about $6.99 or a set of all 4 for $14.99. Normally I'm not all up for linking this kind of thing, but I'm pretty sure these are made entirely of awesome and I just ordered a set to give as Christmas presents. Ah, have you ever cosplayed before? If not, it may feel a bit odd when those girls have you as part of the group. I've never personally cosplayed, but I know someone who has... she told me it's really strange at first, due to al lof the strangers that want to take their picture with you!.. But, it is a blast.
unfortunately i am too cheap to buy and untalented at creating things so i have never been able to wear a fursuit...

I've been told buying your costume is like a crime against the anime gods or something. I was about to Ebay a Shinjiro costume (well, peices anyway) and my friend who's going as Sora from Kingdom Hearts told me that if people at the con found out I'd be crucified. Apparently you're only supposed to make it or have someone make it for you. I'm not really sure why ¬.¬
I'm with you, I lack the ability to sew or work with textiles. This is going to suck trying to get one made. XD But it'll be fun trying I suppose.
