[Update] Artist dont want to draw or give me my money back

Well, after I waited over 1 year for a commission, I asked the artist to give me my money back. Here ist his answer:
"As soon as I get paid for this next piece of art I am working on. I don't really want to pay you back with my current monthly budget, and since you are not a friend I am in no rush. But I am fair so you will get your $ back minus the effort put into the sketch which ill I'll forward it to you.
In all honesty I dont give a shit about furries, unfortunately your commission landed in the time frame that I got fucked over too many times for me to care anymore. I only do furry art for personal friends so such is the way of life."
What a nice guy :) . Here is my answer to him:
"I am sorry to hear that your in trouble,but a simple "I need a bit cause I dont have much money" would have been enough ;) .
That no-friend of mine thing is right and if you dont give a shit about furries...well I give a shit about that.We had a contract,I paid upfront but you didnt show me any result.
You want an effort for the sketch (I never saw one)?Ok fine,I will calculate the interests for the 90$ I gave to you and we will see how much you owe me (due to international law it should be around 5% per month after 6 months of not doing what you were paid for)....what about that?
So plz get me right,its ok if you need some more time but if you think you can piss me off your wrong my friend.
If you have any problems with that we sure can discuss that at a con in the US or on my next visit in the states...I love the states and love to travel ;) ."

Hoffe du bekommst das Geld zurück.
Genau um sowas zu vermeiden, lasse ich erst überweisen, wenn ich fertig bin und der Auftraggeber zufrieden ist. (Wasserzeichen verhindert ja Missbrauch)
Ich verstehe einfach nicht, das die ganzen Ausländischen Leute nicht regelmäßig Rücksprache mit ihren Auftraggebern halten können.
Ich meine ich brauche ja auch viel Zeit. Für das Bild mit dir und Doggy habe ich jetzt auch nen Jahr gebraucht, aber ich habe mich erklärt und entschuldigt, das ich nicht schneller konnte ect.
Das Verständins ist meist da... daher verstehe es nicht...
Please let me know when you plan your next visit to the states. Suddenly I have the urge to travel along with a friend to be with him while he discusses those issues in rl with that humble and nice artist guy.
Oh, you also could tell us his or her name so that many of us can think about helping this poor fellow to pay you back when he gets the next commission enquiry.

Ich wurde auch um ne 60$ commission beschissen, nur hat der artist seinen account gelöscht. >.<
