Weasyl actually has a convenient plugin (*For CHROME) that will let you import submissions one at a time from FA (and Inkbunny, and SoFurry, and deviantArt). Sadly, not bulk, but better than nothing.

When you install it, a little Weasyl logo will appear in your address bar whenever you're viewing a submission. Just click on it to open a "new submission" dialog on Weasyl with most of the fields already populated with the submission info.

Weasyl also has a page that lets you see where the people you're watching have moved to: http://projects.weasyl.com/soft/

It's a little funky and requires you to paste things in batches, but again, better than nothing.

In this case, I have to say that Weasyl is pretty smart - supporting easy migrations is a great idea.
