Just that Zaush is an admin, and is supposedly a rapist. Was never proven guilty, that whole jazz, and the FA staff were hiding comments that kept saying he was one when we don't know for certain. You know, the usual overreaction of the mindless masses for this sort of thing.

That's like saying "Just that Obama is a president, but is supposedly a Muslim, but was never proven guilty, that whole jazz, and the US government sent cease and desist letters to those saying he was one when we don't know for certain."

If he was a rapist he would be in jail. He isn't, so he is innocent until proven guilty.

Exactly my mindset. I also find it ridiculous that people are leaving FA over this. If they don't leave their counties, districts, states, and countries over something similar irl, they're nothing more than hypocrites.

It would be like leaving Facebook because other people have arguments.

I have faith in many things. I have faith that no matter what I say or believe, at least one person is going to disagree with my opinion. Something which I cannot understand, but here we have it.

I don't believe the police are capable of much, but I'm glad they're there, I wouldn't want to live in a world without them. I have faith in justice, maybe even in karma, but not the police directly, they are just a medium in which justice is transferred, sometimes.

I think it most likely because of FA keep going down or people telling them to go to Weasly or other sites.

FA has gone down more than a red shirt on an away mission.....and last years black out wasn't anything to the month and a half a few years ago.

What they're describing as rape isn't actually rape at all. Sexual assault maybe, but not rape. If using fame for sex was a criminal act they'd have to turn out the better half of Hollywood.

Uh, okay. 10 USC §920-A120 clearly defines what constitutes both rape and sexual assault. None of that is either one. It's not a nice thing to do, but it's not a criminal act.

So even though the sex was not consensual, she did not feel safe and was coerced to his house by repeated threats and confusing statements, and was rejected condoms, these things don't fall under the definition of rape or sexual assault? I'm sorry but if that doesn't strike you as alarming, just because it didn't involve physical force, then you are beyond fucked here. I'm appealing to your common sense, not your Google search function.

I'm not saying he did the right thing by any means, just that nothing in her account would suggest it's actually rape or sexual assault. And nowhere is it mentioned that she didn't consent, albeit eventually.

I just feel that a big part of FA's community jumped at Zaush, calling him a rapist without any proof of any sort. Now some of the comments were blocked and received temporary 1 day ban for them which caused a bunch of people in the community to call that a cover up and express their rage against this site. When a private situation like this is approached it ask a certain level of maturity and outright claiming someone on FA's team is a rapist seems... Quite harsh from my point of vue. I'm not defending Zaush if he ever did commit the crimes but everybody seems to be jumping at his throat without even knowing anything about the story. This is internet and as far as I'm concerned, as long as the guy has never faced law for his acts with actual proofs I won't leave this site, I won't rage about how he is a rapist and I won't go claim this site has a disgusting administration. Seeking out the truth is cool, attacking people is not.

A bunch of sheeple want to feel like they are part of something bigger than their own boring lives and decide to form an opinion about something that they know nothing about.

Happens a few times every year. Some "pop-u-fur" cheats/steals money/crashes car/farts upwind of a group of nuns/what-the-fuck-ever on his or her mate/best friend/person they met once/what-the-fuck-ever and then the drama-llamas show up and blow it out of proportion and sensationalize it like an American news story on something otherwise boring and dull.

Yeeeahhhhh. I was at Further Confusion these last few days. So I missed the heat of the useless bickering. Now that I am here, I am recovering from a long drive, fursuiting, partying, singing, and walking. My mind is elsewhere on other more important subjects (to me), like editing videos and posting pictures.

The way I see it is, the subject does not involve me, therefore I must have no opinion in it. The issue is beyond FA as well. The bickering is all a matter of hearsay and fad reactions.
