I don't think Ren warned said person until after they did it a couple times. And said person also had PTSD before the whole Ren thing. Said person also did not consent to it, there fore, it is considered molesting/sexual assault and I think it got to the point where it became rape. Ren lied about going to get help. I honestly don't think you can 'accidentally' molest someone, especially in your sleep. He hasn't really taken responsibility for his actions and constantly tries to turn the whole thing around for his feelings and not Nishi's, saying they feel "manipulated" by Nishi's behavior, when Ren was the one manipulating Nishi. (sorry I got tired of writing 'said person' over and over). Nishi said "during the times when ren would visit, this so-called “sleep-groping” problem would happen a multitude of times—my PTSD makes it hard for me to remember specific numbers, but a ballpark estimate of how many times it’s happened to me is 10-15 (in two visits)." I'm guessing none of these were consented, since Nishi was asleep and happened to wake up to Ren doing these things. IDK my view is probably different since I've had this stuff happen to me before, but yeah I think that's the gist of it.

I had a bit of trouble dealing with and processing this information as well, It's really quite upsetting to see someone I looked upto become a horrid person.
