In the end it is something that is pretty dated, is loaded full of journals saying he said/she said, we do not know the correct circumstances cause we were not there, every thin I ever saw of the "proof of rape" was a blank page or 404 page does not exist, its not my business I'm just a simple guy from Texas who is on break at work.
What was shown showed someone who in the end stated, they did travel to his house and did consent.

either way, how the staff has handled this situation has been really poor. people are being suspended and banned just for talking about this issue without naming any names. that's not how you handle a controversy

Unfortunately personal websites can be handled like that. Remember this is not a site being hosted on some company or government site. Are they make unprofessional judgments, yes. Could they handle it better, yes. Could they just shut the site down entirely till this blows over, yes.
As I understood it, this server is being run out of dragoneers house. Not some server hosting farm, which means in the end its all his say. Can he be persuaded, yes. Is he trying to be reasonable, believe it or not yes. Are people being unreasonable and jumping ship, yes. They have every right to make the choice to leave. They don't have the right to cry witch and convict. As far as we really know, he could be, he could not. This is gossip over the conversation of other parties and had no business being made "public? by hackers (information theaves). This is now more trustworthy than peoples magazine, or the national enquire.

That last line needs yo read 'No more trustworthy'

It's still being handled poorly. Just because this site is not a big name site (when you look at it, it actually is. FA is the big name brand site for furry and anthro art. It is the DA of furry and anthro art.) doesn't mean it shouldn't subscribe to handling issues with class and care.

I don't feel comfortable with the choices staff are making and how they are handling this issue ;\ This isn't the first time something big like this has happened (being one who tends to research into big controversies, I've seen the others) and it doesn't make me feel any better.
