Need Feedback: Game Ideas

I have to propose a casual game idea for a class, and I have two so I was wondering which one sounded better. One thing that is going to be a major factor is time, a group of people are going to have to create a game in just a few short months. I don't if either would be really feasible in that regard to be honest.
Idea 1: "myKeep"
Premise: The screen of your cellphone is presented as a castle. You can customize your castle with decorations, protections and units and either visit or invade other "castles".
Idea 2: "Exilir"
Premise: You are an alchemist that travels between three different stages collecting ingredients and solving problems with potions brewed from those ingredients.
"Merc": 25% 0% 0% 0% Sketches completed
"Deer": 10% Sketch complete awaiting further detail on character
"Sacrifice": 65% Flat color about a third way done.
"Spike": 25% Sketch completer
"Cantina": 75% 0% 0% Flat color complete
"Zebra": 75% Flat Color complete
