For just art, Derpibooru is a good place, and indeed some of your art is already posted there.

In general the pony fandom seems to have taken off as a parallel to furry but doesnt seem to have any one central site like fa. :/

I have come to see the Pony and Furry fandoms as seperate. While there is some cross over, both fandoms in large tend to regard each other as separate and tend to put down the other.
There are furries that are MLP fanatics and such, but there are fewer MLP fans that are furries.
I see feel they are one at some level. Talking animals (Though there are things that are much deeper in each) are what I feel link the two together. As far away from the two they get, there is always a small link between the two.

Ive always been cool with it, but there is also locals to me that broke off burnt bridges and hate furry stuff now. Were still friends but it kinda hurts.

In a lighter side the annual furry bbq I do for the local community (and some that come from other provinces too) has always had an open invite to the brony community andamy that were never furs before ponys, do come and have a great time. So it gives me hope. :3

Alas, MLP is a red cloth for some people. There's always ponychan in an emergency :)
