tired i spent all day at work baking stuff for mardi gras

it is i am happy to say that i love what i do

once you get the hang of it it isn't all that hard

yeah I would guess so~ one of my friends here is a culinary arts major and he said the same thing to me once~

it all comes down to proportions good ingredients and timing

yeah ^_^ If anything i need to work on timing with my cooking. Things don't always work out well lol

They are saying we may possibly reach 40-degrees tomorrow--the drawback being that there may also be like 2-3 inches of snow!

It's like people at work don't understand it takes time to implement and get used to changes. I'm still learning my new job duties, but some of the part-timers think I can implement things right away. I don't want to be viewed like the previous supervisor was...I just can't do everything right away. *sigh*

They're saying maybe by Friday it will be close to 50 and rain, but they were wrong about the snow so we'll just have to wait and see!
