Fan Fiction, MLP story

Here's a link to the story I read:

It's a wicked good story. As I am a fan of asylum type writing, this interested me alot. So much so that I had spent 8 hours reading everything that was posted. IT IS NOT COMPLETE though... and I'm waiting for a new chapter to be uploaded to immediately read it.
It's not a mature type story, but it is very dark in the description.
Also, if you are thinking that there is alot of padded cells and straitjackets, there isn't. There are a few paragraphs with them in it, but the story is not centered around physical restraint. It's an emotional and mental journey of desperation and a slight glimmer of hope that could be quashed at any time. It leaves you cheering when a familiar face appears, then drops you on your flank when their position-as relevant to the world- is explained.
Nonetheless it has managed to hold my interest as it explores a level of self doubt for Twilight, making her question her entire life and if it was real or just a mental construction she has made to cope with what she had done.
It is VERY emotionally gripping, extremely descriptive, and above all dark.
You feel as if you are in Twilight's head as she tries to find out what happens, with all the pitfalls and enlightening moments as she finds her friends are in, or working for BroadHoof Hospital (Very reminiscent of "BriarCliff" from 'American Horror Story: Asylum').
At the end of every chapter, I just wanted to reach out and give Twilight a hug and promise her that what she is experiencing is just a passing moment in time and like all moments, they eventually end. That she will be outside the the life draining walls to see freedom again, to hug her friends without a watchful eye on her shoulder, and put this devastating experience behind her.
Then I remind myself that what I am experiencing through this literature is the playground of another mind, and I merely get to see what has been placed there a single fixture at a time. Despite my bifurcation of two possible endings I have speculated, I always have to remember that life isn't always sunny and at the end of this emotional roller coaster there may not be an exit.
I cannot recommend this story enough, and it was an amazing read for being the second MLP fic I have ever read and will be the measure of all the future fics I read.

FA+

Regardless of how amazing it sounds I doubt I'll read it without a promise of a happy conclusion - which it sounds like isn't possible, especially if it's still a WIP.
it does sound amazing and I might give it a chance later when the odds of my heartstrings being ripped out by it are minimal :)
If you are emotionally sensitive towards the characters, I would say you'd need to toughen up before reading it
It's going to suck you in and, and you'll have a hard time pulling away.
