Very much agreed. We have one cat (years ago) who went into heat about 6 years after we had her neutered. Talk about crazy. It took days (and 2 vets) to figure it out.

It just looked odd here with the fur missing so far up. I remember bellies being shaved, not a ring like that.

the vet didn't shave the belly but her right side kinda.. and went through the skin that connects leg and belly ... o.o i guess that's more comfortable for her because its a really small cut and she seems quite fine.

It's nice that she doesn't hurt as much. Nice to know for the next girl I take in that doesn't come without her bits.

Which, being the bratty brother he obviously is, is more often than she or the vet would like.

At least the pain will go away from the surgery. Neutering and spaying pets are necessary and responsible things to do to help control the pet population.
