Advice for a first time suiter at AC

So I was wondering if any of you had experience fursuiting especially at cons like AC MFF etc. It's going to be my first time suiting at AC this year and im curious as to know what to do/expect. Where to go and how to act properly. Just general things as to how to act, what to do and things like that. If any of you have experience in this please comment and let me know. Thanks ^^

Remember the headless lounge or whatever. Make sure when you give hugs to kids, don't wrap your arms around them. get down and hold your arms out and let them hug you. Make sure you have stuff to clean the sweaty suit. get a dehumidifier or something. Ask your fursuit maker how to clean it. When opening doors, if you push a door, use your elbows or something so that you don't wear out your paw pads. Only use your hands to pull open doors. That's all I have.
