So a long time friend of mine has given me an offer. She has acquired a table at a local upcoming bronycon and its family friendly no adult content allowed. She has offered to have me as her partner. Neither of us like the pony fandom but hey its a chance to make extra cash.
She sculpts I draw, and she needs a partner so I might do it. No porn or adult content already is a win for me so yeah.
so you think it'll be worth it to put my hatred aside to make extra money? Or would I considered to be a sell out? In all honesty I could probably make more there than I do my own job :/

There's alot of bad apples in every fandom, I wouldn't let them spoil a perfectly reasonable job opportunity for ya. N' how is that really selling out?

Because I hate MLP and the fandom, I understand that there are a few that aren't like that but most are. I have seen too many artists lose alot just by drawing for that fandom. Death threats, stalking, and even hacking pages of people. Over the years my run in with that fandom has soured every little possible chance of me even thinking about trying to take commissions for them.

Then again, it seems certain people just attract that sort of shit-storm on a daily basis. I can count the amount of drama-bombs I've encountered on one hand while you, Kayla-na, and many others get more then a handful per day :/ Not really sure why that happens.

'Seems to be, unfortunately :/ I mean I've seen drama happen to other people on occassion, but I think each of you, in a year or two, has more then EVERY other person's worth of dramatic bullshit go down in a lifetime. It's just crazy x.x
