So 2 /2 weeks ago I got my eyes tested for new glasses. They said my eye sight has improved by 1/10. Now that should be a good thing.
I got my new glasses Monday March 24th. I instantly could see the diffrences. But they wern't for the better. Everything is farther away for the left eye. The right eye stayed about the same. They ttold me to give it a week and see if things improved.
Wendseday March 26th I went to put a TV meal in the microwave. I looked at the instructions. I could not read them. At all, They were nothing but a blur. I can't read small lettering, even up close. They receptionist said if they don't improve after that week to come back and talk to the eye doc.
Im going to give them another week to see if they improve. It looks like neither my old or new pair work well. They seem under powered.
Heres where I need advice.
My old pair work better then the new pair. Im wondering if I should just go back to the old pair and say F it. Or if I should go back to the eye specilist and tell them that I think theres a problom.
The problom with the second option is I think the eye doctor is not a big fan of me. She seemed to be very disgruntled with me during the tests. My eyes are sensitive. 2 surgurys and im a night person. These played into the test and made it difficult.
So I ask you. What do you think I should do? Should I just stay with my old pair that work ok? Or should I go back and see if I can't get a pair that work well? (and hope my insurance pays for them)

But in all, as long as your insurance covers the costs you not really going to lose much by doing it a second time and you could end up with more ideal results for your current situation.
