The South Korean Experience
I haven't posted in ages, geeze I'm falling behind.
Well, hello fur and furettes of the grand internet place of FA. For those who recall my prior journal, I had said I was going to South Korea to teach English; that was quite a while ago and I can safely say that it's become a reality. I've been a month into my contract working as an English teacher in a Hogwan (Private School) and I've already begin to immerse myself in the cultrue of South Korea.
I'm going to keep this short, lot has gone on, up's and down's, but for the moment, I've begun working a lot more on my art. The downside; I have no scanner to scan them. I need to take a trip to any number of tech-malls here to find one, so I might do that sometime this month.
There is a Blog I made to note on what I've been doing; feel free to check it out and follow along. Most of what I do is posted there, most often every other week or so depending on what I can gather as the theme for that week and what has happened. In any case, check it out, you might find some interesting tidbits if you decide to travel to South Korea.

I'm also planning to work more on my stories; I know I have at least 3 short stories and 1 novel to work on, so hopefully I can get my head to a more disciplined state and actually work on them. I did tell myself I wanted to come home with a full sketchbook and most of those stories done, and since I have a year, I KNOW I have both the skill and time to complete em.
Wish me luck! For now, it's off to work!
Cheers!
