Run the Wacom Preference File Utility and nuke the prefs file. Hits more often than it misses.

"A supportable tablet was not found on the system."

In my experience that message usually means the incorrect driver is installed (like for a different model of tablet)

If your problems are only in Photoshop, try resetting settings to default.
If it's in all programs after numerous updates, it might just be time to retire your tablet. :(

Try to find your Wacom settings in Control Panel. From there you can calibrate the pen/tablet and adjust pressure. Enabling "mouse" mode as the same for SAI. Also in control panel, there is a Pen and Touch icon. It gives you Pen options.

If the settings doesnt help then try this method. Uninstall the tablet, unplug and insert into a different USB. Windows should read the tablet and install updates for it. When the bubble pops up saying installing then the tablet should be movable and set the pen and pressure settings along with Pen calibration options. It will ask to tap with your pen on a cross-hair. Once all that is done you should test it in your program, preferably in SAI because SAI S3 pen pressure would show the pen pressure and the nice fine line.

If you still have probs then it may vary if your tablet is glitchy. Try checking your cable in case to your tablet, maybe its losing contact.
