Could we possibly get some directions from the train station? Smash is useless and I am English so we will get lost :P

Also, what sort of time do the meets usually end? We need to know for our train back :)

The Zandpoortvest 1 parking isn't too hard to get to. You can either walk (15 minutes) or take a bus.

Meets like these mostly end at around 17:00 or 18:00. Afterwards some people go out for dinner or a drink but that's on you own accord.

Google shows the parking not quite correct on the map.
The parking we mentionned can be found right across "de kruidtuin" (a small park). There is also a bus stop named "Mechelen Zandpoortvest"

But try to look for bus stop "Mechelen Zandpoortvest". There you will find the right parking.

Hi all, the adres is a bit confusing, but let me clear this out, if you come by car, type in the following adres in your GPS; raghenoplein 21 Mechelen, that should take you right there. You can't miss it really ;)
For those coming by train, the parking is only a ten minute walk away (see http://tinyurl.com/oxl4myq ). When you exit the station, go to the right (you'll see a lot of busstops there) and continue down that road until the end, there you'll see on your right a lil bridge that goes over a main road, take that and continue in the same direction, the parking is 100m further on your right side.
If you're still not sure, PM me and I'll give you my cellphonenumber, so you can contact us in case you got lost.
We have the official permission from the city to do this event.
A place to change will be provided on the parking (a cooled van, how cool is that :p ), from there on we will go to the kruidtuin, continue to walk trough the city and the centre, follow a touristic path along the river and end up in the kruidtuin again. After the fursuitwalk we go have Sushi in town, for those who can stay a lil longer that evening you're free to join at my place for drinks and pancakes.
