It's my Bloody Birthday an I need Bloody Help!

For those of you who are unaware, I live in the country and have recently been privilege to get on a internet service plan. And, so far, things hadn't been better? I could finally watch livestreams as they're happening instead of it never loading properly and just occasionally updating the image.
BUT THE BLOODY GB ALLOWANCE FOR ALL THE ISP IS CRAP!!! Have the best one Exede, and it only gave us 25GB to play with, and now we are out. My question to all of you is suggestions to cut down my usage when they finally renew the GB. I thought I've heard there were ways to cut the quality of livestream in exchange for using less bytes, but I do not, for the life of me, know how to do that, so please, a little advice?

Clicking on that brings up a little menu with different options for that stream... You'll want to pick the one with the lowest number that you can watch and not have your eyes bleed. ;)
