Question Call
Either tonight or tomorrow I'll be doing another video as I complete the image I started and have been posting to youtube. Since I'd like things to chat about, if anyone has any questions on any particular subject that they'd like me to address, feel free to ask them here. I may get to them in the vid.
Symbol name above mom is last panel?
*sighs* how do you feel about trans-gender individuals? I ask for two reasons,..
1) I want to know alittle more about you. As an artist I love your works and own a few books (mostly the series fall of red ridding hood. and your gender bent male character I round amazing. and...
2) I personally am a transgender and well just curiosity I assume on my part.
With your comic. What made you decide to have Fisk look back on his life? What made you want to have the protagonist be guided by a decently
curved (not the best nor the worst) angel through the alternative world that he exists? As Fisk states he is happy with his life, and there is nothing
that is shown in any of your work before this point that would show hesitation.
I guess what I would like to know is where this is heading, is it for personal reasons or just for the story, and what made brought the idea to mind?
Will he go back to see his old war buddy?
I should ask no more. v.v Thank you for your time.
But here's some questions!
1) Personal art pet-peeves?
2) What are your favorite things to draw, theme wise, body type, favored expressions on a character's face?
3) Do you draw more digitally or traditionally?
4) What do you find the most challenging to draw?
5) What makes a character appealing to you?
Did ever catch the show Mongrels? What did you think of it?
How active an artist community to you have to tap into locally? Are there groups of artists you sit around with and do life drawing sessions with, or are you just some stereotypical loner artist type?
What's comes to mind when you go about creating a character? Are you aiming for a look that fits with a your own ideas of the characters personality, or do you have a personality in mind and then design the character around that?
What do you aim to make when you create a male character? Do you project any traits that you see in people you know, or yourself, onto them?
What do you aim to make when you create a female character? Do you project any traits that you see in people you know, or yourself, onto them?
The worlds you find yourself rending, are they worlds of science and technology, or sword and sorcery?
If you had to choose a pet, what would it be?
As an artist, when it comes to the aesthetic appeal of the human body, when you look at a woman, what's the thing you notice catches your attention first? What's the last thing you look at?
Now when it comes to the aesthetic appeal of the human body, when you look at a man, what's the thing you notice catches your attention first? What's the last thing you look at?
Some questions are deep. While others maybe rather silly. I hope that you find it a worthwhile bit of time to spend processing and answering them as I did coming up with them so spontaneously.
But it is about art :3
I would love to know which piece of art
You are most proud of/ is your favorite.
Whether it's a "doodle" or an actual drawing.
Or a commission lol
