Sounds like you may be gender fluid if you feel more masculine some days and more feminine other days. Just making an observation there. Anyway, as for looking feminine, you could try wearing some girly clothing to start. I'm not saying go out in public right off the bat, that took me years to do haha. Start in private and get yourself used to the feel of the clothing. You could also start by wearing panties under your pants when you go out. Also wearing makeup and shaving (at least your face) are things I'd suggest as well. I'm happy to help with other questions you have :)

Well one thing I like to tell people about going shopping is that people may look at you funny but pay them no mind. Chances are you'll never see the people in the store again. Walk on in there like you own the place. You've got as much a right to shop there as they do.
