Here it is, the changelog that describes everything I changed from the vanilla game. Don't forget to put any bug/typo reports in the comments below rather than in the comments for the game. Have fun!

Change log for the custom punishments mod
The aim of this mod is to replace old, as well as add new punishments to the game. This is mainly for people who have already played the original BB enough to be bored by the repeating punishments, so if you have not already played a good deal of the original game, make sure to do so! I decided to leave all punishments that were added by 3rd parties untouched, as well as the punishments that I simply loved too much to change (such as the elastator scene). I didn't change all the punishments I wanted changed because I intend to revisit the mod and add those in later. If I had gone through the trouble of changing each and every punishment, this mod would have taken an extra 2 weeks or so to come out.
Many of the added scenes in this mod are special punishments that require 9 or above in a specific attribute in order to perform, so try different races or make your own to experience each and every one! Look for the words “Special punishment” in the change log below to find out the specifics of how to do one.
Here's a quick, vague guide to performing stat-specific special punishments if you want them to be a surprise.
- To do a special punishment involving cutting, you will need agility.
- For a special involving smashing, you will need strength.
- For a few super special scenes in cutting two and smashing two, you will need constitution. I tried over and over to make them not happen if the enemy has high constitution as well, but it never seemed to work. If someone can tell me how to do it or do it themselves, that would be awesome.
- Note: For nullification, there are scenes for all three stats.
There are also scenes that only activate if you have specific name. In addition to one for myself, I asked 10 furs who enjoyed the game if they would like their own, custom punishment added to the game. Sorry if I didn't get around to you if you also enjoyed the game! I intend to do an update later in this mod's life anyways, so send me a note if you want to be part of the next batch of 10 I add. It's first come, first serve, even if you give me cookies. If the user wishes their punishment to be visible to the public, it will be listed as “Named punishment” below. Keep in mind that it is case sensitive, so, for example, my personal punishment will only activate if your name is “Colorless” and not “colorless”. Make sure not to include the quotation marks by the way!
Oral and sex rewards
I had no need nor desire to greatly alter the oral and sex rewards, since they are not the focus of the game. I did, however, feel obligated to make some minor changes for the sake of adding a little content for those who like being nice to their fallen enemies.
-Oral Reward-
- Large change to scene when opponent is standing.

- Reworded and slightly altered the standing sex option.
Mercy
I added a little more spice than simply “X walks off silently”, just for fun.
- The male showing mercy will now do something a little more exciting than just walking off.
Rape punishments
A lot of the rape punishments are great, but there were a few that were lacking, so I changed them to be a little more brutal, rather than slightly forceful sexings.
- Reworded and slightly altered the ally-assisted standing rape option.
- Added a small line of text to the both the ally-assisted and solo rape scenes when the target is lying on the ground in pain, indicating the futility of the victim trying to fight back.
- Changed ally-assisted unconscious rape to a double-penetration scene.
- Changed unconscious rape to a deep penetration power fuck.
Torture Punishments
Though stepping on the enemy's jewels is a great way to torture them, there are plenty of more creative ways to make one's opponent come to tears. I gave the arena's arsenal a nice upgrade with items specifically designed to make a male squirm.
- Changed the unconscious torture scene so that a new contraption can be used, specially made by our top engineers for this purpose. The same machine can be used in one of the “destroy two” punishment options, only with a twist (refer to the “destroy two” punishment changes).
- Changed one of the standing tortures to something with a twist ending. Don't assume you're out of a tournament just because a knife gets near your groin.
Changed the “lying on the ground in pain” torture option to something involving water. Admittedly, I'm not 100 percent sure it's all that great, so let me know what you think about it in the comments, and I may change it in another version.
- Named punishment: The Colorless Wolf - My own personal punishment. If the target of the punishment is named “Colorless”, he is standing, and his scrotum is still there, a scene will play out involving assistance from an interesting fellow. Has a 50% chance of occurring if your/his name is correct, and replaces the twist ending punishment listed above.
- Named punishment: TheWhiteFoxEffect – If the winner's name is “Cedric Stone ”, the enemy's scrotum is still there, and they are standing, you can torture your opponent in an unorthodox manner. It starts out pleasurable, but after a while, the loser finds out the true nature of the punishment. This scene has a 50% chance of appearing, and replaces the mousetrap torture by Bearmonster.
- Named punishment: Dibbun – If the loser's name is “Dibbun” and they are in a 2v2, the winners can gang up on Dibbun. Has a 100% chance of happening if things are set up properly, and replaces all standing torture scene.
Cutting one ball punishments
Knives are so dull (pun fully intended), so I either replaced or reworked those scenes so that there is a bit more variety. The one scene I ADDED a knife to was to ensure that there was still at least two options that used them.
- Changed the standing punishment to be a little less quick and a little more painful if the target has a sack. If they do not, the punishment is still mostly the same, but with an added twist.
- Changed the “lying on the ground in pain” option to one that includes wire cutters.
- Changed the “lying on the ground in pain” option when the target has lost his ball bag to one that uses a knife.
- Changed the unconscious punishment to one involving a miniature version of our good friend, the bear trap.
- Special punishment: Agility - If your opponent does not have a scrotum and they are lying on the ground in pain, you can do a special punishment that requires great skill. Try clawing or biting your opponent's sack first, then beating them until their inevitable surrender to get this punishment. Has a 100% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements, and replaces the simple knife slash.
- Special punishment: Agility – If your opponent is unconscious and their scrotum is still in-tact, you can perform a special punishment that will leave the entire crowd with their jaws on the floor. Has a 100% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements, and replaces the mini bear trap mentioned above.
Castration by cutting punishments
Ho boy. I never realized how expansive the castration by cutting options were. This was easily the part that took up most of my time, not just in coding, but also trying to decide if I should replace some of my favorite scenes or add new ones. In the end, I didn't do as much as I wanted here, so look for newer versions when I update and add more to this category!
- Replaced the conventional knife slash when an opponent is standing with one that also uses a knife, but is slower and more brutal.
- Replaced the de-sacked, standing knife cut with a scene that uses a hatchet.
- Changed one of the punishments where the target is unconscious and still has their sack to one that uses a power tool in tandem with brute strength.
- Slight rewording done to one of the unconscious and de-sacked punishments in order to fix what I perceived to be an inaccuracy.
- Special punishment: Agility – If your opponent is unconscious and their scrotum is still in-tact, you can do something involving a rare weapon obtained from the far east. Has a 33% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements, and replaces the power tool castration listed above.
- Special punishment: Agility – If your opponent is standing and their sack is still there, you can perform a punishment involving a strange and new set of weapons. Has a 25% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements, and replaces the elastator scene.
- Special punishment: Constitution – If both you and your foe are standing, and he still has a scrotum, you can use an interesting and surprising punishment that will affect both you and your enemy. Has a 25% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements and replaces the forced-eating scene.
Destroy one punishments
When I played the game, I hardly ever chose the destroy options, instead opting for cutting, so a few of these punishments were new even to me. A lot of the default punishments are too awesome to replace, so in later version I may add even more new ones instead.
- Replaced one of the standing, scrotum in-tact punishments with one that uses a crossbow!
- Added a new scene that can occur if the target has lost their ball bag, and they are either standing or on the ground in pain (has a 33% chance in both instances). This punishment was suggested to me by an anonymous user, and it uses a specialized cooking utensil.
- Replaced one of the two unconscious ball-stepping scenes with one that uses... ~MAGNETS~.
- Special punishment: Strength – If your opponent's ball bag is still there and they are standing, you can do a punishment involving a two-handed downward smash. Has a 33% chance of occurring if you meet the stat requirements, and replaces the crossbow option listed above.
- Special punishment: Strength – If your opponent is unconscious, you can use an attack that involves a vice, though the scene does not play out how you might expect. Has a 33% chance of occurring if you meet the requirements, and replaces the magnet scene listed above.
Castration by destruction punishments
Literally every single one of the vanilla punishments in this section are too awesome to change, so I ONLY added, and I didn't add a whole lot. I intend to come back to this area as well, so don't worry.
- Added a new scene for the “on the ground” situation that uses the same machine I added in the torture section, only this time the victor changes things up a bit. Has a 25% chance of occurring, and thus causes all other punishments in this category to go from a 33% to a 25% chance.
- Special punishment: Strength – If your opponent is lying on the ground in pain, you can do a move that involves a massive hammer of doom. Has a 25% chance of occurring, and replaces the dragging-by-the-balls scene.
- Special punishment: Strength – If your opponent is unconscious, you can use a ballista, but the scene works out differently than one might think. Has a 20% chance of occurring, and replaces the iron vice scene.
- Special punishment: Constitution – If your opponent is standing, a scene can occur that involves blenders. Has a 1/6 chance of happening, and replaces the kneeing scene. This scene is also the longest of all punishments currently in the game!
- Secret named punishment: ????? - Name the source of a punishment something that I will not say to see an Easter egg punishment. It is a joke, so it's not meant to be all that exciting. The only hit I will give: the winner must be a son of a shepherd.
Nullification punishments
I definitely intend to expand upon this area a hell of a lot more in coming updates. My plan is to make this area as expansive as the default “destroy two” options, if not more. For now, some general additions and changes to add more spice. I left the bear trap in by the way, I love that scene too much to change it even slightly.
- Replaced the sickle scene with one that uses a mini-guillotine!
- Re-worded the knife slash scene when an opponent is in pain and has lost both their balls to make the winner use a meat cleaver!
- Special punishment: Agility – If the enemy has already lost both of their balls and are conscious, you can use a move involving the traditional Japanese weapon, a Shuriken. Has a 100% chance of occurring, and replaces the meat cleaver scene mentioned above.
- Special punishment: Strength – If your opponent is unconscious and their ball bag is still there, you can do a punishment involving piano wire. Has a 100% chance of happening and replaces a simple knife slash attack.
- Special punishment: Constitution – If your foe is standing and still has their ball bag, a scene can occur that involves both fire and electricity. Has a 50% chance of occurring, and replaces the guillotine scene.
- Named punishment: Jonas-Puppeh – If the loser's name is “Jonas”, their sack is still there, and they are standing, the victor can nullify his victim with acid. This punishment is a little more graphic than others, so be warned. Has a 100% chance of occurring if the name is correct, and replaces both of the standard standing nullification punishments.
- Named punishment: Anonymous – A user who shall not be named asked for this punishment. If either the loser's or winner's name is “Ashley”, the winner has the ability to bite, the loser is standing, and their ball bag is still there, the victor can perform a punishment involving eating the opponent's entire package. If you are not into genital eating, do not set a name as this. Has a 100% chance of occurring if the name and conditions are correct, and replaces both of the standard standing nullification punishments.
Extra: What I hope to complete in the next few updates, ranked from highest to lowest priority
- Add more nullification punishments!!!
- Add and replace more punishments in all destruction and cutting sections
- Make lots of punishments involving an ally for the 2v2 matches
- Add at most 10 more named punishments

I had the source a couple years ago for some...*cough* personal edits...are you interested in some of them? I won't post all of those up since some of them are pretty bad, but I -did- get 1v2, 2v1, 1v3 and 3v1 things working with some punishments for those specific scenarios~ Also readded the snuff punishments but never put them on a toggle (I also -greatly- increased the difficulty since...well, I almost always want to -lose- so yeah x3 ).
I think for mine I also made it five buttons across instead of 4 since I added some additional categories for punishment, though most of those are the reason I won't be posting my personal source publicly xD
Seriously though, I thought my own edits were extensive...this is fantastic! Keep up the good work, seriously! <3
My ultimate goal that I never got around to doing was to implement a tagging system for punishments and then have toggles to enable/disable punishments with certain keywords and then when punishment choice comes around, the randomizer could pick through the pool of enabled punishments (and then have requirements for the randomizer, such as if the target is unconscious, etc.)...but that way if the player wanted to enable/disable certain types of things that they didn't want to see (read as the additional kinks and such), they could set it there. =3~
Alas, my problem with the game always stemmed from debugging. As in, when running the game to check for bugs I'd get distracted by playing the game. And afterwards be too tired to continue coding xD

That being said, it is possible that some time in the future I may add names that are not for particular people so that there is simply more variety and random chances for secret punishments. We shall see.
