It was just a bot watcher anyhow. A bunch of people were unwatched by 2 users recently I guess, from what I'm seeing in the site notice thread.

Definitely a valid way to also express disapproval with somebody too though, can see why you'd be concerned.

I clean out everything every month; I got 2 unwatchers today. I would never unwatch the awesome Duncan Roo! This is some strange stuff going on right now.

I had 3 of those just today TwT I was like "Ya-aw.."

same thing happened to me, but it was only two. I wasn't concerned one bit.

Yeah happens to me all the time. They start watching and then decide not to. Fortunately when I watch someone it's for life-- unless of course that person turns out to be a real A-hole or someth'n.

If I may play the bad guy for a moment, sometimes people push watch by accident.
Not saying it's every time, some people are just fickle or spam bots but ether way you still have a ton of fans that choose to stick around and enjoy you, that should count for something. :)

I had two watchers like that. One of them,  valdyrburr was watching just for statistical research (which is fine, actually), and the other,  thensa, was of course, "watching" users on here as a joke. Neither of the two has to do with the art I post or whatever. I never really took those watches seriously as I knew that it wasn't because they liked my art.

You know what's worse? Going through pages of submissions to download and find "removed by the user". Too late to see it and save it. :-P

I recently come across such things as Watch-Only accounts. During the last 7 days at least 5 of such people added me to their watch list.

Maybe this is the reason why they brought up this "rule"

That happened to me today to huh.

I got a couple of those this morning. I think the ones that were removed were all parody accounts, though, so maybe the admins did a huge cleanup sweep last night O_O

Three today myself. It makes me kinda sad losing a watcher. :(

I never clear ANYTHING out from my notifications. I current have 254841s, 832c, 81170j, 158f, 114w.
I did clear it once, but its been a while. :P

Don't feel bad, I get this alot, I know how it is, makes one feel unloved, but the sheer fact is, RL does prevent one from being on the net at all times, and as for those that dare watch only to later unwatch, well, they've wasted their time and put a damper on the mood of the one that they watched then removed.

Having that said, it matters not if they just unwatch again, I would rather so state that this would indeed more of a loss to them as they would just end up missing out on any activity on that watchee's page. ^_^

I literally just had this issue. Haven't cleaned out my notifications for a while and three peeps that watched me unwatched me x.x I'm like "What did I do?"

It's not easy being a color somewhere between yellow and blue.

It was rather odd that I gained 2 wacthers yesterday, only for them to unwatch me today (to be fair I don't really post anything, so getting ANY watches is a little odd lol). While do try and clean my notifications, I sometimes leave some interesting journals in as well as comment reply notifiers.

I had 8 people in my 'recent watchers' page disappear yesterday. All of those I can recall were serial watchers, so it seems more like it's FA cracking down on spammers and such.

This wolfdog will never unwatch you, dude.

oh no that is THE WORST -- haha I feel you!

It's the BEST when you go to check and it says you have a watcher, but by the time you look, they already unwatched you. AND IT JUST LEAVES YOU WITH SO MANY QUESTIONS... just not a lot of time for answers. <3
