FUR PROBLEMS

okay so
it is near IMPOSSIBLE to find any light grey fur in approximately the shade i need! I've found a few lightish greys that might work, although they all seem kinda dark. i could deal if need be hahaha, but then I thought, what if i just used white fur? Elis's fur is soooo light that maybe i could just use some airbrush accents to give a greyer illusion (not like... airbrushing the whole thing, just shadows/whatever. Or i could dye some white fur... i've heard that compromises how soft the fur is, but if i'm using super short seal fur it might not be a big deal anyway.
