Yeahhh i've seen this....you have to stop and think that alien life, probably exists, and for all humans know they are observing this type of thing, that would be a wonder wouldn't it? Would explain cattle mutilation, maybe they are trying to preserve something they are worried humans will annihilate, that would be freaky as hell if that were true, but not nearly as freaky and saddening as this documentary was when I saw it. :/ it is though, one of those things that people NEED to see and realize what is going on with animal cruelty right under their noses...

It's ignorance and turning a blind eye that keeps these places running.

Any alien life looking down on us would probably think we're far from being ready to explore space based on the barbaric practices we do to each other and to other species.

Honestly, we're barely out of the tribal stage. Just look around at how all but a few people behave, what they like, what they do. People just tend to forget that with all the very fast paced things going on - but that kind of evolution takes time; you can't just teach people to evolve.

You watched the whole movie and that was the message you came away from it with?

Also to ask me such a question of a scenario that would never make it to reality isn't a solid argument point. The scenario you present is also missing too much information on why I am being given this choice so I can't give you an answer.

Stopping animal cruelty and treating every species with respect and sharing this world between us all isn't living in fantasy. It is the balance that you are speaking of and what needs to happen in order to secure our future. Things are going to get worse with the environmental changes and population growth that is occurring at this time. If the gap between humanity and the planet we live on continues to widen, we'll not have one in the end.

Why did I watch that, I was literally about to cry. I hate seeing those innocent dogs and puppies being killed like that

It's good that you watched it. It's something to hear about acts like this, it's another thing to see them.

Regarding the cows: I don't know how much of this video is true or still true. One video said 1996 on it. A lots changed since then. Most places around here kill the cow by shooting it in the head. And the milking cow are only brought into the barn for milking and are allowed to roam the pasture the rest of the time. Farmer told me a happy cow produces more milk.

I donno, it's not fun watching an animal getting slaughtered. But long ago people used to have to do all this themselves to get the meat. Thankfully we don't have to do that anymore. And nothing gets waisted, everything is used for something. So yeah, circle of life, I guess.

I didn't have time to watch the rest of the video cuz I'm at work. But yeah, test animals in labs, that should stop.

But yeah, without a doubt this video is hard to watch.

In 2012 in BC there was abuse of dairy cows caught on film at one of the largest dairy companies in Canada. This is very much something that is occurring at the present. Industrialized farms which process thousands of animals aren't as monitored as you'd think. Those companies have vast sums of money to protect them and the public has very little access inside. Developing countries have very little, if any, laws against animal cruelty. If they do, then the laws aren't upheld as strictly as they should be.
