- I have the right to refuse any commission, due to several reasons, including but not only;
~Time Restraints
~Unable to currently work on artwork
~Difficulty
~Personal choice

- Payment must be upfront and be given before any work is started on commissions
~Work of £10 and over can be payed in half before the commission, and half after
~Refunds will only be given if the art has yet to be started
