I have GIMP and PSP 8, but I rarely use a tablet (don't own one), and when I do I find I get way better results/better control of the lines if I draw in paint for some reason.

YAYYYY for phins! in feral form, i like standard tursiops colors, but with a blue tint added to all extremeties, beak tip, phin tips, flukes, etc..
