So first, I saw this comedy sketch, totally like overfilled balls syndrome if a human had it! XD Poor guy..

Second, I was kinda surprised, Overfilled Balls the picture seemed to be VERY popular. :3 Are we just a lot of inflation fans here? Or are big balls just a hot thing on FA? I wanna harness the popularity of it though, maybe draw a sequel or something related to it?
