D&D alignments of my characters

maleGeb - true neutral
Has a personal code of honour, and sticks to it most of the time, but has no respect for anybody else's rules. Totally trustworthy, except when he isn't. If you call on him in your hour of need he will probably help, but you can never be sure he won't just choose to eat you instead.
femGeb - chaotic evil
Hedonistic, selfish, and misanthropic. It's rare that she will take the time to talk to you. Her only interest in other people is for sex or food. She can play nice sometimes, but only for her own purposes.
Ansaes - chaotic good
Unstoppably cheerful. He's a happy little dragon, and wants everybody else to be happy too. He will do anything within his power to make it happen.
Mari - lawful good
Loyal to her prince, and enjoys working in his service. She's a gentle person by nature, caring and helpful. If she were ever pushed too far, she would not hesitate to leave, but to a good master she is an obedient servant, and has fun being so.

Also, I hadn't realized that fem!Geb was so different from her male counterpart. I suppose that's because I haven't been around her nearly as often, and when I have been, our goals were in alignment. (...pun unintended, but welcome.)
And for the record, I love "unstoppably cheerful" as a description of Ansaes. I can't help but picture it as a splash-card introducing the character, Borderlands 2-style.
I'm not even sure whether two linked lizards should be rated seperately like this by the actual rules, but it does help to point out the differences.
As for the differing alignments, the first thing that came to mind for "separate but linked" was familiars -- and while I thought I remembered reading that they were the same alignment as their masters, a quick search of the Pathfinder SRD finds no mention of any such restriction.
