TERMS & CONDITIONS (lengthy but necessary <3)
Please contact me through NOTES ONLY and payment is accepted upfront through paypal. My paypal information will be sent to you upon commission request. If you'd like to snag a spot and don't have ref yet, note me to reserve the spot anyway and send ref at your convenience.
Not mentioned in the price guide is that any additional complexities in background or addition to amount of character shown will increase in price and will be discussed between myself and the commissioner! Please do not leave any questions in the comments, send me a note and we can talk about it :)
I will not be opening a specific amount of commission slots like I always have done in the past (for those past watchers/commissioners who are aware). This means they will just REMAIN OPEN until I (a) have a heart attack or (b) cut them off when I know I've got a decent load of work on my hands! Of course, in traditional respect to all of you, I will let you know when the commissions are [closed]. Due to a typical flood of requests, they are first come first serve and I dont pick and choose.
There is a chance that I get a flood of requests in my inbox at once. In the event this happens and I cut it off at a certain point before reading through and accepting all requests I will notify all people requesting ASAP that I cut the commissions off. Instead of opening commissions again at a later time, I will bump them into the queue as soon as I finish a piece ahead of theirs until I finish all requests. IF there are still too many for me to handle, or something comes up, I will let these people know as well. I WONT LEAVE YA HANGIN. Communication is a large part of my commission process.
REVISIONS:
To ensure the piece is moving accordingly with the demands of the client, the sketch will be approved before painting begins. Another update will be sent when the piece is about 80% complete, making sure that any and all adjustments that need to be made are minor and can be completed in a timely manner (color changes, accessories, clothing, etc.). POSES or PERSPECTIVE CHANGES will not be able to be accomplished at 80% of completion without further payment due to amount of time spent to complete such tasks.
I reserve the right to print any commission, while ownership of the character(s) I depict of course remain with the commissioner. If a commissioner desires to withhold the image from being printed, a new price will be discussed for the private commission.
If there is any question that the content of your desired commission may not be approved by me, the fastest way to answer that is to simply browse through my gallery. I have no nudity in my gallery as of yet, but within certain circumstances, we could probably work something out.
In addition to above all information: I am a working professional in the industry and will treat you as such, as I request the same amount of respect is returned. Yes I speak in a very friendly and open manner, but in the commissioning process you get my full professionalism. Again, I request that the professionalism be mutual.
