Could be that you have hay fever? Do you know what allergies you might have?

Always pop a zinc supplement the second you feel something that you suspect might be a cold. If you do it fast enough it can shave 24ish hours off the duration, but I think zinc is next to useless once you're already sick! </3 Once you're a few days into it, just gargle cayenne pepper (and try to cough some of it up the back of your nose). That's all I do, and chug like 4-6 litres of water daily, while keeping magnesium/sodium/potassium levels topped up.

Nooo, please ! I cooked some delicious and very warm (nonspicy) Mexican food . Tequila also helps , with a bit of honey and lemon . If not, I guess I'll have to speed up the nursing thing and take care of you T.T

If it's sinus pressure and a fever it's likely a sinus infection- get ye-self on some antibiotics, mad'am. If you tap on your teeth and they're seriously sensitive, that's a good way to know for realzies.

That'd also fit perfectly if it started minor and ramped up quick.
