Commission TOS
I suppose since I want to focus on taking more commissions and things I might as well throw up a quick little TOS~!
I hope I've covered everything important here, feel free to ask for clarification on anything!
I HAVE A RIGHT TO:
- Refuse a commission for any reason.
- Request an additional fee for complicated requests/character designs.
- Request an additional fee for excessive edits/changes.
YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO:
- Receive a full refund if I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason.
- Receive a partial refund (1/2) should you need to pull out of a commission for any reason.
- Receive status / wip shots upon request
- Request minor changes
- Request major changes in early stages of the commission (ie sketching)
COMMISSION PROCESS:
- For smaller commissions ($25 or less) I require upfront payment.
- For larger commissions (more than $25) the commissioner has the option to pay half upfront, half prior to receiving completed image.
- For auctions of any type I require upfront payment. It is only fair to others that participated in bidding.
- Smaller commissions I usually complete in a single sitting. You pay, then you'll receive the completed image. If you'd like to offer feedback
during the commission, I'll probably be willing to stream it for you!
- Larger commissions you have more leeway as a commissioner to see the commission in different stages of the process and request changes!
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
- Repost your commission to any sort of blog/artsite/etc as long as you credit me as the artist.
- Edit your commission in any way. Feel free to make icons, graphics, etc! You're free to edit the image, color lineart, trace over it for personal
art practice/reference, absolutely whatever you'd like!! -- again, as long as you credit me as the original artist.
- Produce anything you'd like from the said piece for personal use: I like to give the high res files to commissioners, feel free to do something
cool with it! Print out a small poster, put it on a shirt, etc!
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
- Use the image for any type of commercial means.
- Use the image for any type of commercial means.
- Use the image for any type of commercial means.
- If your interest is to commission me for something to use commercially, please contact me at commission.fera[at]gmail.com !
