In life, touch choices are always going to be made. I had to make one of the toughest ones I've made in a long while tonight. Due to certain circumstances, a talk between the bf and I was had. I've been dreading this conversation, that I felt it looming for a little while. Long story short, Dresden and I decided to mutually part ways. While it really sucks, since I do love him dearly, we are no longer together as a couple. Our lives hit that fork in the road that have caused us to part ways. He'll always be a very close person in my life, and we'll remain close friends as well. After a 4 1/2 year relationship, I cant exactly throw that kind of connection away.

So, with my upcoming plans, I'll be moving to Chicago at the end of August/into early September. I'm looking forward to this new chapter in life, but sad this current one is ending. Such is the way life works sometimes.

I love you Geoff. You'll always have an everlasting spot in my heart. I know you'll be ok, as will I :)
