Other things not listed may also be off-limits depending on context, and the fact that I may have drawn something before has no bearing on whether I’ll do it again.
Basic Pricing[paypal only]:
Grayscale: $15 per character (+$10 for each additional character)
The final price depends on number of edits, general complexity and background complexity.
