Terms of Service (TOS)
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms:
1. Fill out my Quote Form when you are ready to get a quote.
2. Quotes will be good for 2 months from the time I email it to you.
3. At this time I do NOT take deadlines. I will take in consideration of a date that you want your commission by, but commissions are done in order as they are paid for. So please remember this when commissioning me.
4. On single part orders (usually less than $100), full payment is require before I will add you to the queue. 50% of that cost will be considered a non-refundable deposit. On smaller parts orders ($100 to $200), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I will place you in the queue. Larger orders (greater than $200) require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
5. I will send out an email with the required measurements that I need prior to starting your commission. I will require a DTD (duct-tape dummy) for body suits, half suits, and sleeves to ensure a proper fit. You will be responsible for shipping the DTD, shoes, and/or hand tracing to me.
6. I will inform you when I am starting your project. I will send out WIP pics if needed.
7. Once your order is completed, I will get a shipping quote for you. If you want your DTD back, please let me know because it will affect the shipping cost.
8. Before I will ship the order, payment in full and shipping costs must be received.
9. All payments must be made through Paypal. Other forms of payment may be accepted, but must be discussed first before I accept the commission.
Cancellations and Holds:
1. At any time you can cancel your commission. You will receive a partial refund (cost minus non-refundable deposit listed above)
2. If I feel that I am being harassed, I have the right to cancel your commission and refund your money. I can keep all or part of the non-refundable deposit.
3. If I inform you that I am about to start your commission and you cannot pay the rest of the cost plus shipping within a month of me starting your commission, please inform me so I can skip you and complete the next persons order ahead of yours. This will prevent me from having to store finished commissions that are waiting to be shipped out.
Returns and/or Repairs
1. If you are not satisfied with your commission, you can return it (unused) for a partial refund (cost minus the non-refundable deposit listed above) within 1 week of receiving your commission. You are responsible for shipping costs.
2. If your commission does not fit (meaning it’s too small and you can’t use it), you can return it and I will either alter or remake the item. You will be responsible for shipping the product to me. If I determine that you gave me wrong measurements and I have to completely remake the item, I will require you to cover shipping costs going both ways.
3. If there are defects in the product, you can return it for repairs. You are responsible for shipping it back to me, and then I will be responsible for shipping back to you. You must inform me within 1 day of receiving your commission of such defects.
