It is said that God created the unicorn first of all the animals. He created the unicorn to be noble, gallant, graceful and wise. God bestowed the unicorn the ability reign over all other beasts, until he created his own likeness in a man he called Adam, and from Adam he created his companion, the woman named Eve.
When Adam and Eve brought the curse of God upon the earth, God not only cast them out of the garden but lessens the abilities of other creatures as well. The unicorn lost most of their knowledge of the God who created them and forgot the responsibility to keep order of the lesser beasts. The unicorn was left to wandering in the wilderness like all of the other creatures.

Adam had grown bitter and began to hate all that reminded them that God existed and the punishment he set forth. Save for the holy the ones who struggled in the world living as God set forth. The people who kept faith could still see the unicorn for what it once was; a reminder that man lived with God and once held the most special place in all the kingdom. The ones that did not, the majority, took to the way of the world, where the Fallen had set up their domain. The Fallen tried to corrupt all of God’s creations. It was one particular Fallen’s tempestuous whispers, that Adam despite his only commandment of not to partake of the knowledge forbidden, to fell from the grace of God.

I rewrote the first paragraph on how I thought the story was suppose to go. but honestly. we probably need to get get on the phone and take this line by line cause my ideas of writing and how a story should go are different then yours.
