UPDATED TOS. This is a rough draft. I'll add more soon.

I'm still hashing out my new TOS, it will be prepared in a few days. You were interested in just the money part so here it is. If you have any other tos questions I'll be more than happy to answer them.
*MONIES*
35 percent fee is non-refundable and due at the date of acceptance or within 3 business days and goes towards the total balance. This 35% non-refundable deposit is put in place to cover my losses in time, money, energy, and materials. I accept paypal mainly but will accept money orders.
The balance needs to be paid in full before the suit is mailed. You are responsible for shipping. Generally shipping for a fullsuit is in the 50 dollar range.
I am fairly laid back with my payment plans. My turn around is 4-6 months depending on complexity so keep that in mind. You can pay me off quick or we can split the balance up over a few months. Generally people who miss a payment just get pushed to the back of the que, causing delays in completion.
If I've had your suit finished for more than 60 days I'll start charging rent at 100 dollars a month and we will decide on a payment plan that will work for both of us. If your suit has been finished for 4 months without any attempt at payments and little conversation I reserve the right to refund what you have paid minus the deposit, modify the suit so it doesn't resemble the original and sell it at auction.
My suits come with a 30 day warranty. If something doesn't fit or if there happens to be a problem with something we can talk about it. If it's something you can't fix yourself just put it back in a box, ship it back to me, take a picture of the receipt with tracking and I will reimburse you and pay to ship it back.
If you ever need a refurb, refurbs are always free as long as you pay shipping.
Everything needs to be shipped back clean. Your suit will be shipped with a care pack of tutorials and things you need to keep the suit clean.
*DURING THE COMMISSION PROCESS*
You will have my skype or my e-mail address. Skype is by far the quickest way to contact me for small questions and to exchange wip. I enjoy customers who give me feedback and are involved in the process.
You will get foamwork approval, pattern approval, and approval of everything before it's shipped out.
*WHAT I NEED FROM YOU*
I need a hand trace. On the hand trace you can write the measurements I need and will outline for you.
DTD if applicable. If you need help in finding an appropriate tutorial I can help with that. If the dummy is poorly made, if the arms aren't extended fully, if there aren't marks to show how the dummy needs to be put back together, I may request a new one be made at the cost of the customer so if you need help please ask!
I have cats and I live on a horse ranch. If you have severe allergies please let me know so I can take extra care with your project.
*THINGS I DON'T DO*
Designs you don't have a right to make copies of
Extra zippers or holes
Deadlines of less than 4 months for large commissions. Exceptions can be made but only if payment is made 75-100 percent up front.
*WHEN TO CONTACT ME DURING A COMMISSION*
I am always very excited to hear from clients before, during, and after the commission process but please try to contact me after 8:30 am central and before 12:30 am central.
Need anything else? Have any questions? let me know how I can help you.

Also kind of a different question, but there's certain details that I see and personally like in other suits made by you and others; such as eye shape, head shape, noses, eye coloring style, etc. Are you flexible on stuff like that?
I am very flexible. What I enjoy more than anything else is bringing a reference sheet to life. What I do better than anything else is accurately producing a fursuit that closely resembles the concept art I'm given. The better I like the concept art, the more likely I am to pick a design.

I don't have a consistent style. No other suit I make will look like any other suit I make (except maybe the artwork was done by the same person but even then it will be accurate to species)
People coming to me to replicate something I've already done? Not going to get my attention. Can't make someone a fursuit that looks like Crys or Mirera or Gage. What I do what is a consistent or improving quality.
But yes, overall I've noticed your improvement over time.
Your last few really caught my attention.
