I had a wreck

Here's what the Skrulf has to say!
I...I honestly have no idea if appropriate to make a journal about it.
Im not sure what to do
I was turning and then there was a loud sound and I was turning real fast. I saw cars go by and ten I I was facing the wrong way
my car isnt hurting too bad and I dont feel like Im hurting too bad
but...I just dont know
car is driveable
im alive
something about insurance
there was an officer there
I never want to drive again
im scared
I could have died
im scared
it was loud like thunder
Im having trouble stopping crying
Im not sure what to do

I've had my fair share of near misses over the past four years that I've had my drivers' license, I can imagine the shock you're going through. It'll be okay - it's up to you when you get behind the wheel again - when you feel ready and not a moment before.
*hugs*
Glad to hear you're okay.
It took me a few days to get behind a drivers seat again, but I got over what happened. Now i prefer driving larger vehicles...I don't care about the fuel milage, you can't put a price on safety. Now when making a left hand turn I sit in that damn intersection until those oncoming vehicles have come to a complete stop when the light turns yellow.
It happens, we are only human and we all make mistakes once in a while. Glad you are alright though.
I've been in an accident before. It was terrible. I couldn't stop shaking for hours.
I've been in a couple of accidents; the first one total'd my car, the second one just did some bumper damage. Once I took a corner too fast 'cause I was being dumb, lost control, and luckily swerved out of the way from oncoming traffic into a bush.
Point is, when flimsy little mammals get inside metal boxes and launch themselves across the planet's crust, sometimes they bump into each other.
Take it easy, let the shock wear off and let your head clear a bit. Sitting behind the wheel while it's parked in your driveway for ten minutes helps remind you that it's not that scurry, and is a good way to dissociate the event.
Many hugs little guy!
