Here's what the Skrulf has to say!
Hi all, hope this week has fared better for you all than for me!
Wanted to drop in and give a slight update for my commissioners.
I'll be honest I had so thoroughly planned to draw during my downtime over spring break last week while ok my trip with my parents and nephew to Louisiana, but...that trip was actually really stressful and I didn't get any real art progress made, and I apologize for that.
This week I've done a little bit, but it's been a bit of a tense week at home. parents fighting, me fighting with them, just...Iunno I guess some weeks are like this. Just...kinda stressful all around. That being said, I've made a little more progress, just not as much as I'd like, as it's been hard to muster the determination to really just sit down this week and DO much of anything besides sleep or watch an episode of supernatural before bed.
So here's my current progress list!
Lombax- after having some frustrating issues with being unable to accurately pull off the pose I was trying for to my satisfaction, I'm working on a different pose, which I like, but is still challenging. I'm finding that multiple arms overlapping is an honest weakness that I'm seeming to struggle with haha. No worries, I have my reference, I just need to grit it out ^_^
Kartfox- Started basic preliminary sketch using pose 3, and quickly decided I wanted to try pose 2 because it's more dynamic and I like that. We will see if this proves troublesome, but with reference I think I got this!
Salton, saw your note, sorry I haven't responded. I understand your decision regarding your art, and I love the idea you chose, and I believe I can make it work quite well with that pose! It's super cute!
I'll note you in the next couple days and we can discuss more details!

I'm pretty sure I'm off to bed for tonight tho.
I'm being trained in a new area for work and that's been adding a lot of stress too, I'm beat.
