The programming is going to be the easiest part. The art not so much. I don't get why you are trying to bring the monstrosity to existence but who cares if it gets enough dinero. Though its going to be a shameful thing to put in your portfolio "sempai"

If this is still a thing then I would speak on it. Look at it like it is a personal project, a story that you illustrate that others will happen to find eventually. Then get a programer who enjoys this fetish, and let your powers combine. It doesn't have to be "funded" with anything more than the time of those involved. And if the people doing it love what they do, then if they do a project like this, it would just be themselves doing it for their own enjoyment. Or maybe I am wrong. Maybe you can start a kickstarter for this sort of thing. But I think that wouldn't be the way.
