The language is too vague for anybody to reasonable tell what your doubt is. I wish artists wouldn't think that speaking in riddles makes something profound. ._. it decreases meaning, rather than adding it.

Oh, I thought using maybe twice and ending in a question mark was sufficient haha

Not all art has emotion to it, that's why some stand upon the rest.

It is, and a couple things more. (Good art, that is.) Art that doesn't evoke emotion, inspire, etc., is just decoration, even if it's technically well crafted.
