That's just the way macro/big furries operate; they want to be the biggest and damn anyone else that tries to out do them.

And it kinda pisses me off. I lose respect for those who do. That really spoils the fun to me. I made up my own universe to break this.

Sadly, you can say "my universe, my way" all you want, but some people just want to be competitive for the sake of it. Kind of why I have zero interest in the macro fetish or fat furs that get ridiculously fat to the point of being just folds and folds of fat with no shape or form (people like them so I am not judging); people see something huge and they cry BIGGER!

I've been drawing thus sort of stuff for a while, I don't care if people say they're going to get bigger, good on them. That can happen in their own world. But using the word "shamimg" is a freaking insult!

I'd take those any day over the ones who wasted seconds of their time just to post stuff along the lines of "Why? This isn't scientifically possible!".

No one said anything like that in this picture, it's mostly about people putting me down in it when it's featuring me.

I think you look glorious and I would find a bigger universe justto feed you bigger so you can put everyone that wants to put you to shame to shame themselves. ^^

Not the point. The issue is "shamimg" me.

"Put to shame" is an expression, and I guess I don't know if that expression exists in Australia, it probably does. It means "to make something appear comparatively insignificant". That is the definition of the expression "put to shame", it has nothing to do with the definition "shame" would have by itself.

I think it's a lovely image. There's an unfortunate intersection of RP-comment people and rude idiots, who are often the same people. I posted a journal about this sort of thing before, or at least a comment, but someone's own art doesn't affect you, so there's no reason to try and defend your size or insult them. No one cares how big you say you are in the comment section of someone else's art; if you really cared you'd get your own art.

People need to learn that. I can't tell you how many times people post fat art and invoke my name as some kind of snarky insinuation. Sort of a different problem, but it's still obnoxious. It's as if some people don't have their own merits and can only exist in reference to other people. Don't let it bother you too much overall. Just block people who persist.
