i've been trying to do my own deck build without ANY help based around my Domri, and it's stupidly hard to make something that everyone hasnt seen before ;n;

the boyfriend has this crazy knack to just find a cheap-o card with a decent effect and make it deadly, and i cant even do it with a planeswalker XD

also.. Khans has been out for, what, a week now? and i STILL havent even gotten a booster ;n; i am disappoint!

I usually just spend like 10-12 hours looking through cards, and then make a big giant list of cards and start cutting them down, but I have been missing that spark and the decks just wont come together. Plus animar is a pain in the ass financially to finish, as combo pieces for the deck are like 100 bucks or more for all. And berserk for the Xenagos deck is 50 dollars alone >.>

Usually I am good at budgeting but fuuuuck.

&I think the khans prerelease was like, 2 days ago or something.

Was it? :o I don't know haha XD but hey, maybe check mtgVault for some inspiration :) there are a lot of good deck builders and a lot of cool builders who are more than happy to help. My boo, is pretty good at building budget decks too if you ever want to ask him :)
