Maybe it is the nub that needs changing or the tablet sensitivity is off or it is broken?

The nub is fine, if it was broken i dont think anything would show up. Lines show up when i use the pen but there is no change in width of the line no matter how hard or light i push on it

Could be your tablet or in your SAI options. Double click on a tool and you should see some options such as pressure and stroke stabilizer.

I double clicked the tool and changed the pressure sensitivity and it didnt do anything. I already tried restarting and that didn't work. God this is frustrating

Reopening SAI after you fixed it didn't help?

Holy crap, that is definitely a mystery to me. I've seen one of my peers have one, but that's it.

I got it because I was a computer science major and I needed it for my courses, but it happened to have touch screen abilities so I have been using it as my drawing tablet as well. It has wacom penabled software but i dont have the utilities that i see most people have with wacom computers

I have a fujitsu lifebook, so i dont have any of the wacom drivers and i tried the second one and it didnt do anything, though i might try it again because i might have done it wrong

i forget exactly what the process is called, but maybe you need to do the thing that changes it's sensitivity to match how hard you regularly push. and i'm guessing to get to it you need to go on your computer, open the start menu, and pull up devices and printers, or the equivalent to that. you may find something that helps there
