Who are some good commissioners with reasonable prices?

I have seen amazing artists, great work. but sometimes I feel that they ask for more $$$ than I can afford. X3
What really bugs me is the fact they charge extra for each character. (I can understand charging after 3, but hey, that's how they make money!)
So who are your favorite commissioners that charge around $10-20 (twenty pushes it) for at least 2 characters?

Well I started taking commissions recently and I don't have a fixed price sheet but I wouldn't charge for an extra character.

The basic reason I charge for extra characters is because the time it takes to draw it increases the time I work on it, but yes, some artist are just out of our budget xD (I make comms also btw)
